1. Overview
At DrapeGlory.com, we are proud to offer exclusive handcrafted batik sarees and dresses, each uniquely created by skilled Sri Lankan artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, pattern, or brushwork are expected and celebrated — they reflect the beauty of true craftsmanship, not imperfections.
We do not operate physical stores. All purchases are made online via our website and shipped worldwide.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect item (wrong product, size, or design).
- The item is materially defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The item is significantly different from what was described (excluding normal handmade variation).
You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order for any return to be considered.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Items reported after 5 days of delivery.
- Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.
- Variations in brushwork or design typical of handcrafted batik.
- Customized or altered garments.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale or surprise-discounted items.
4. Return / Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. The item must be returned to our Sri Lankan address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
- The returned item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
- The item cannot be replaced due to unavailability.
- The package is lost in transit (verified by the courier).
Refund Timeline: Within 10–14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refund Method: To the original payment method or via bank transfer (for Sri Lankan orders).
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered based on availability and are limited to the same product category.
If a direct replacement is not available, we offer:
- An alternative product of equal value
- Store credit valid for 6 months
7. International Orders
For customers outside Sri Lanka, returns or exchanges are only available in case of wrong or damaged items. Claims must be submitted with photo proof within 48 hours of receiving the product.
