This Shipping Policy governs the delivery of products purchased through DrapeGlory.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Business Ownership & Contact Information

DrapeGlory.com is owned and operated by Tusker Innovestment (Pvt) Ltd, a limited liability company registered in Sri Lanka.

2. No Physical Stores

DrapeGlory is an online-only platform. We do not operate any physical retail outlets. All purchases are strictly conducted online, and items are shipped directly to your chosen delivery address.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp notification including tracking details (if available).

4. Shipping Partners & Charges

  • We partner with reputed local and international courier services to ensure timely delivery.
  • Shipping charges vary depending on:
    • Delivery location (domestic or international)
    • Shipping partner
    • Weight and size of the order
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (within Sri Lanka): 3–10 working days after dispatch
  • International Orders: 7–21 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing times
    Note: Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, natural events, or customs clearances beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking numbers will be provided once the package has been dispatched. You can use these details to track your order directly with the courier.

7. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery for any orders. All purchases must be paid for in full at the time of checkout via available secure online payment methods.

8. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All our products are handmade using traditional Sri Lankan batik techniques. As a result, minor variations in color, pattern, and finish may occur. These are not defects but reflect the uniqueness and authenticity of handcrafted fashion.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Sri Lanka:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package (or expected delivery date for lost orders).
  • We will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and assist with claims or replacements, subject to case-by-case evaluation.
