These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Customer”) and Tusker Innovestment (Private) Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, bearing Company Registration No. PV00275886, and having its principal business through the website www.drapeglory.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “DrapeGlory”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are advised not to access or use this Website.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Use of this Website is permitted only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or to minors under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2. By accessing the Website, the User represents and warrants that he/she has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

2. Nature of Products

2.1. The Company engages in the sale of handcrafted batik sarees, dresses, and related clothing products.
2.2. Due to the handmade nature of the products, minor variations in colour tones, patterns, brushwork, or design elements shall not be deemed defects or grounds for refund or legal claims, and are to be accepted as characteristic attributes of artisanal craftsmanship.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

3.1. All orders are deemed confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment and confirmation via email.
3.2. All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), inclusive of applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing, discontinue products, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, with due refund where applicable.
3.4. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss due to payment gateway errors or fraud.

4. Delivery, Risk & Title

4.1. The Company offers worldwide shipping through third-party logistics partners. Delivery timeframes are approximate and subject to external factors including customs clearance, weather disruptions, or courier service delays.
4.2. The title and risk of loss for all products pass to the Customer upon handover to the delivery service provider.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

5.1. All returns, refunds, and exchanges shall be governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
5.2. Customers must notify the Company within five (05) calendar days of receiving the item in the event of damaged, incorrect, or defective products.
5.3. The Company does not permit cancellations after an order is confirmed.
5.4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original method of payment within a reasonable time, less any shipping or administrative costs.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, images, and software on the Website, are the exclusive property of the Company.
6.2. No part of the Website or its content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Company.

7. Promotions, Gifts & Discounts

7.1. The Company reserves the right to offer surprise gifts or discounts at its sole discretion.
7.2. Such offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

10.2. Upon termination, all outstanding dues shall become immediately payable by the User.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
11.2. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

12. Amendments

12.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
12.2. Continued use of the Website after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
